Shipping and refund policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Damage caused by the customer is not covered by the Refund Policy.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the following information: order number, reason for return and photos of the item. Once the request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, please contact us via email, which you can find at the top or bottom of our website.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us via email, which you cand find at the top or bottom of our website.

Goods not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the Refund Policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items

Defective Produts:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer to replace the item or refund it in full.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product and issued using the same payment method as for the original purchase.
  • If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us via email, which you can find at the top or bottom of our website.

Shipping:

  • We only ship to Europe.
  • Within 14 working days, your items will be carefully prepared and dispatched, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, we are only responsible for manufacturing defects and in return the shipping cost will be given as an additional discount on your next purchase.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Delays or Problems:

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by the shipping service, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs problems or other unforeseeable events.
