Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Damage caused by the customer is not covered by the Refund Policy.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the following information: order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us by email, which you can find at the top or bottom of our website.

    Defective products:

    • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.

    Late or missing refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product and issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Shipping:

    • We only ship to Europe.
    • Within 14 business days, your items will be carefully prepared and dispatched, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
    • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item, we are only responsible for manufacturing defects and in return, the shipping cost will be given as an additional discount on your next purchase.
    • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Delays or problems with shipping:

    We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by the shipping service, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs problems or other unforeseeable events.
